A streamlined new bed, the
Ergomotion Series 100,
chops the price of adjustable
“active lifestyle” bed-bases
while providing the
highest-value for shoppers
seeking the best bargain in the
adjustable industry.
The
bed is wall saving, meaning beds
can be adjusted in place while
keeping it next to the night
stand. Two Ergomotion beds can
be connected yet operate
independently. The beds, in
queen size, will retail from
$899 to $999.
The new unit is designed to look
like an ordinary white bed box
spring. A hand controller allows
personalized settings for
maximum comfort. The controller
is hard-wired to a quiet but
heavy-duty DC motor. The
advanced engineering in each new
bed requires no tools for
set-up. The foundation operates
with or without the optional
legs--it may be used in a bed
frame or on the floor.
The new Ergomotion Series 100
adjustable base is designed for
use with traditional headboards,
footboards and existing bed
frames. This bed enables owners
to watch TV, read, use laptops
and play video games from an
inclined position on a wide
variety of existing mattresses.
It may also provide health
benefits for people with poor
blood circulation, neck and
shoulder pain, gastric reflux,
arthritis, asthma, snoring and
breathing problems. Owners
report improved spinal alignment
and deeper night’s sleep. The
Series 100 bed carries a 20 year
limited warranty.
New mattress sales account for
nearly all adjustable base units
sold nationally, although the
bases may be used with many but
not all existing mattresses.
“This new bed delivers a deeper,
more restorative, night’s sleep
than old fashioned flat beds,”
Ergomotion President Kelly
Clenet said. “We have a
promotional unit that pretty
much does it all.”
Ergomotion adjustable beds fit
in any frame and elevate to a
sitting position. Seven sizes
are available. All are wall
saving and feature removable
legs. Snap-in replacement parts
require no tools. In-home
service issues and questions are
handled by a 24 hour toll free
“consumer help” phone line.
Selected Ergomotion customers
will be offering the new Series
100 in test markets prior to the
new bed’s premiere September 14
– 17, 2009, at the World Market
Center, Las Vegas, Building C,
space 1415.
