America, announced that, on
September 11, 2008, its
subsidiary, Latex Foam Assets
Acquisition, LLC, purchased
certain assets from Dunlop Latex
Foam Limited, a UK company in
administration. Kevin Coleman,
President and CEO of Latex
International stated that “these
assets were acquired from the
Administrator to support our
plans for building our
business.”
